Isabel is co-founder of Insights2Talent, an organizational development consulting firm. With more than 30 years of business experience, she helps organizations identify and develop their talent through executive coaching, learning and development workshops, leadership development programs, succession management processes and assessments. She also assists organizations with streamlining their processes and creating policies and procedures. Isabel is a certified professional coach. She has a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management, an MBA in Accounting and a bachelor’s degree in Finance. She is certified in the use of Hogan assessments and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Isabel has presented at several human resources conferences on leadership development.
