Founder of Plummer & Associates, she has consulted with a wide range of organizations, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, St. Vincent's, UNF, Community First Credit Union, EverBank and Jaxport.

Linda has an M.B.A. from Georgia State and a B.A. from Penn State.  She has national certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She was nominated and selected for the First Coast Trainer Excellence Award in 2007.
