M. Shawn Stiles is a Trainer and Instructional Designer with over 15 years experience in training and development. He is currently a Training Project Lead for the SOP Training and Processes group within Development Operations of Pfizer Global Research and Development. Shawn is one of a team of project leads responsible for the develop-ment of training for SOPs, processes, and custom applications. Shawn received his certification as a distance educator from New York University, his Bachelor of General Studies degree from the University of Connecticut, and his Masters Degree in Education and E-Learning from the University of Phoenix Online.
