In December, ASTD cosponsored the 7th annual Excellence in Employee Development Awards. There were 16 winners out of more than 80 submissions from organizations and individuals throughout northeast Florida. The awards were divided into seven categories:

· Excellence in Learning Partnerships
· Trainer Excellence
· Excellence in Measuring & Evaluating Training
· Excellence in E-Learning
· Excellence in Blended Learning

If improvement in any of these areas would benefit you and your company, here’s an opportunity to learn more about some of the most innovative and effective methods and ideas. We have invited the winners in each category to join us at the February meeting to explain their best practices.
