Topic: The Flight from Savo: Exploration of Supervisory Skills
Dr. Cristina Echeverry will be your guide through this hands-on adventure game. Participants will experience first-hand the 5 fundamental supervisory skills. A series of “Setbacks” and “Lucky Breaks” both complicates and facilitates the group’s work, and challenges the supervisor. This session demonstrates how to implement action learning into leadership training.
Our Speaker: Dr. Cristina Echeverry
Dr. Cristina Echeverry is the Greater Jacksonville Campuses Director at Webster University. She earned her BS Degree in Management and Multinational Business at Florida State University and her MBA and EdD in Organizational Leadership specializing in Human Resources Development at Nova Southeastern University. In addition to Cristina’s experience in the field of higher education, she also has work experience in health care management, marketing, event planning, retail, accounting, teaching, staff development and training, program development, video broadcasting and media relations.
Her passion lies in the field of higher education and training where she can offer services to help others advance in their chosen professions.
