Program: Improv in the Workplace-Promoting Teamwork and Creativity
We all know the importance of being able to work within teams. In the March program, Rachel Wical will teach you how to correlate some of the basic “teaming” techniques used in improv to enhance business interactions and promote an effective team environment. This is not a session to teach improvisation.
ASTD Competency Model:
The Areas of Expertise, as defined by the ASTD Competency Model, include nine critical factors needed to be a successful workplace learning professional. This month’s CM-SIG program supports the Area of Expertise entitled, “IMPROVING HUMAN PERFORMANCE.”
