Empowering Genius
for Professionals

       Presenter: Matthew Barrett

Event Description:
Do you want to have a genius working for you?  Genius isn't a person, but a state of mind that we can inspire in others.  Tap into the greatest resource in your company, and you will:

  • Delegate more, worry less.
  • Stimulate creativity by the way you give instructions.
  • Reduce the learning curve for new employees.
  • Get your customers to help out--and pay you for it!

Matthew Barrett, The Brain Trainer, will show you how managers frequently discourage the traits they want in their employees.  He will provide specific examples of how to improve employee relations using brain science, a unique approach offering a proven method to multiply results.

At this ASTD chapter event, you will learn:

  • How to say less and get more.
  • How to minimize the financial hazards of creativity.
  • When to promote creativity in your team--and when not to.
  • How creativity and intelligence have changed today's market.
  • How to use your customers as unpaid staff, and get more loyalty in the process.

Join us at a new location, MAGGIANO’S at The Town Center, for this special hands-on session.
