Navigating your career can be a bit challenging. Identifying what to do , how to do it and how to do it well. If this is a topic that you’ve thought about then this month’s segment is for you. Join us as we take a road trip and learn how Navigating YOUR Career can be fun. Here we will create a roadmap to prepare your for the long journey. Some key topics will include discovering your passion, what steps to take to get started and on the road, in addition to creating a personal brand statement which is a key component to any successful career.

No matter your field, employment status or title this will be a great moment to either jumpstart you to get going or confirm that you are on the right road. We look forward to seeing you!

About the Speaker: Natalie Colson

YAID Consulting – Career Coach, Owner & Founder

Natalie is a Senior Administrative Assistant for the Consumer Operational Risk Control Group at Citi. Her role consists of working alongside 200+ risk management professionals, serving as the primary contact for administrative needs. Her support directly impacts the Director of Quality Assurance and the Managing Director of the North America Consumer Business Operational Risk Management group. Prior to this role, Natalie acted as an Assistant Vice President – Business Trainer for 6 years. There she led learning enhancement sessions, new hire and leadership development trainings supporting a site of 3000+ employees. In addition to her training role she managed the compliance and audit initiatives within the Jacksonville training organization, where she coordinated, developed and trained new-hire program startups, conversions and virtual initiatives both internationally and stateside. She has acquired 20 years of financial and credit card knowledge and experience; specializing in Client Servicing, Collections, Credit and Underwriting and Fraud.

She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Citi Jacksonville Parents Affinity group and the Secretary of the Black Heritage Affinity. Her contributions have helped to promote diversity and provide personal and professional development activities for all Citi employees.

Natalie is a football fanatic (DUUVVALL!!). She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, learning and teaching. She is passionate about helping others discover and live their true life’s work through her work with YAID Consulting; where she is the founder and owner. Her focus is to provide proven career coaching techniques throughout all phases of one’s career. Through her mentorship, clients develop all their professional and business skills; including resume writing, mock interviews, personal branding and strategic vision planning. To those that know her may call her many things, the best compliment that she holds close to her is to be called a great mother and a great friend.
