                  Certified Professional in Learning
            and Performance Awareness Session

You are invited to a Certified Professional in Learning and
Performance (CPLP) presentation by ASTD of Northeast Florida.

What is the CPLP?
The Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP)
offered by the ASTD Certification Institute offers workplace learning
and performance (WLP) professionals an opportunity to enhance
credibility and prove value in an increasingly competitive
marketplace. The CPLP certification is a two-part assessment that
includes a multiple-choice knowledge exam and a work product
submission. Individuals with at least three years of industry-related
work experience who pass both parts earn the right to use the
CPLP designation.

What CPLP will do for you.
The ASTD Certification Institute's Certified Professional in Learning
and Performance (CPLP) equips you with the knowledge and skills
to be the best in the field and lets employers know that you have
real world, practical expertise that can be readily applied to your
current work environment. CPLP gives you the capability,
credibility and confidence to be a high performing contributor in
your organization. Be one of the best – become a CPLP.

Attend ASTD Northeast Florida's webinar to learn more about the
CPLP credential, requirements, certification process, and benefits.

Please see the ASTD web site at http://www.astd.org/Certification.aspx
for all the details including CPLP material and exam costs.

competencies, or those that are important to
everyone in the field, and (2) the specific areas
of expertise (AOEs), which are the specialized
knowledge and actions required by specific
