                         November Monthly Program

                                     Your Talent in Motion

Event Description:

Your business is fluid, growing and transforming to meet the
demands of the market.  Is your workforce in step, ready to move
into the new roles as needs change? If not; Mobilize them!  Join
us on November 21st to learn more about talent solutions that
prepare employees for whatever happens next.  Gina will provide
an overview of a new Talent Mobility Research Report conducted
in conjunction with the Human Capital Institute (over 400
companies surveyed). You will gain a new perspective on talent
mobility and take away a copy of the study at the event.

During this session, attendees will:

• Explore the importance of talent mobility in today’s business
environment
• Analyze the difference between a Talent Mobilizing company vs
a non-Talent Mobilizing company
• Explore actions that create an environment that supports talent
mobility
• Gain access to and take an organizational diagnostic
assessment on his/her organization to identify the state of talent
mobility

Register today!

ASTD Competency Model:

The Model emphasizes: (1) foundational
competencies, or those that are important to
everyone in the field, and (2) the specific areas
of expertise (AOEs), which are the specialized
knowledge and actions required by specific
roles. This month’s chapter event focuses on
 “Integrated Talent Management.” The program
supports the “Personal” foundational
competency “Business Skills.” (Click on image of the model to
