Engagement and the Learning Leader in the 21st Century

Your role as the Talent Development professional serving alongside an organization has evolved (or should have) dramatically in the 21st century.  You are, or should be, and can be, a catalyst for Team Member Engagement.  Yes, Engagement . . . that ever-elusive notion of your people being “all in” on their work, their team, their organization and its mission and goals.

But, how?  What can a Learning Leader do to foster a culture of Engagement?  What can a TD practitioner, no matter where they sit in the depth chart, do to deepen the connection between team members, their leaders, and the work of the whole?

Barry Altland, a seasoned Learning Professional, Non-Profit Executive and published Author, will share a few practical insights in this session that can help you, the Leader of Learning Initiatives in the organization(s) you serve, make Engagement become the hinging success factor it is supposed to be.

 Lunch will be served.
