About the Speaker:

Bio-

Veronica D. Manderville is an instructional designer, facilitator and learning partner specializing in orientation and onboarding. As a Learning & Development Learning Partner with STANLEY Security, a growth platform within Stanley, Black & Decker since March 2021, leading learning for the Sales team bringing a fresh, agile and engaging point of view to her learners. Prior to this role she served as a Quality & Training Specialist for local government in Charlotte, NC for 5 years. 

Veronica received her Level 1 Gamification Apprentice Certification in 2019 and has had much success incorporating its mechanics such as challenges and leaderboards. These mechanics has aided her learners in practicing their skills, get immediate feedback on their progress, earn recognition and build confidence in their ability to perform tasks.  

She believes that learning should be fun and engaging, learner-centered and performance-based efforts that result in training and transformation.
