Session Description

As organizations work to strengthen their talent development strategies in a rapidly evolving world of work, the strategic integration of Generative AI (GenAI) has become a transformative advantage. Having previously presented for the Jacksonville SHRM chapter—with the first session being exceptionally well received—I welcome the opportunity to return and partner with both SHRM Jacksonville and ATD Northeast Florida for this joint program.

This session is designed to equip participants with practical, actionable skills to leverage GenAI tools in ways that elevate learning experiences, accelerate skill development, and enhance organizational capability. Through a focus on advanced applications—including CustomGPT development, hyper-personalized learning workflows, and competency-based development frameworks—attendees will gain insight into how GenAI can reshape talent development from both an operational and strategic perspective.
