Utilizing a highly collaborative and consultative style, he works with highest levels of client organizations, including C-Level executives, to help define and design human capital management solutions that effectively reflect the needs of the client back to the organization.
As Senior Vice-president, Talent Development Solutions Regional Director of Lee Hecht Harrison, Tedd works with clients throughout the Southeast region to determine their leadership and talent development needs. Overseeing the Executive Coaching, Change Management, Leadership Development practice areas, he collaborates closely with Business Developers to carry out their priorities and to meet and exceed their clients' expectations.
