     Developing Leaders Across the Organization

Ever wonder why some individuals in your business outperform their peers, while others seem to vacillate, even though they have potential?  Tedd Simmons of Lee Hecht Harrision will provide leadership development tools so that your business can build a robust talent pool that will provide internal "bench strength" to support future growth strategies.

Tedd will expose us to a new approach to strengthen leadership knowledge, skills and influence by using a process to develop leadership capabilities in a variety of strategic dimensions.  Using a Leadership Model of Influence, participants will discover ways to guide new and seasoned leaders towards making a holistic impact on their organization.

Whether you are developing trailblazers in your organization or simply want to be a frontrunner yourself, this program, packed with knowledge from years of expertise, will help you do just that.

    Session Objectives:

    In this session you will:

    • Learn a strategic process to develop leader capabilities.

    • Understand the Leadership Model of Influence and how to implement this in your organization.

    • Identify your own areas of growth and influence within your company.
