Jane has worked as a "solo-prenueur" since the early 1990s. She has worked as an instructional designer, facilitator, adjunct professor, and coach with people ranging from hourly employees to vice presidents in the disciplines of financial services, telecommunications, IT, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, transportation, and military. As owner of Career Cabal LLC, she is equally comfortable coaching or consulting with people in C-Suite roles as she is talking to those on the shop floor.
Jane is a graduate of Jacksonville University. She earned an MA in Business and Personnel Counseling and a MBA from the University of North Florida. She has served as co-host of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Career Coaching Community of Practice since January 2008. She is a CCE Board Certified Coach, certified as a Leadership and Executive Coach and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. She can be found most mornings walking the beach and watching the sun rise.
