Featured Presenter: Keith Fairchild, PHR, CSP
Keith Fairchild is President of TRC Staffing Services and has been
the Jacksonville licensee for TRC since 1988. TRC Staffing
Services and TRC Professional Solutions are locally owned units
of Atlanta-based TRC Staffing Services, Inc., and have been
operating in the Jacksonville market since 1988. TRC serves
clients in virtually every industry category, from health care to
manufacturing, financial services, and logistics. The Professional
Solutions division offers both contingent and retained searches for
senior executives and senior technical staff.
Keith is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a
Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) through the American Staffing
Association. He is actively involved in the local chapter of SHRM.
Keith previously served as the Duval County President and as the
State of Florida President for the American Staffing Association.
ASTD Competency Model:
The Model emphasizes: (1) foundational
competencies, or those that are important to
everyone in the field, and (2) the specific areas
of expertise (AOEs), which are the specialized
knowledge and actions required by specific
roles. This month’s program supports the new
ASTD Foundational Competencies of “Industry
Knowledge” and “Interpersonal Skills.”
